This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the 2nd respondent direct the 4th respondent to hold survey enquiry through 5th respondent is bad, illegal and arbitrary consequentially direct respondents 2 to 5 not to interfere in civil matters by Police is opposed to law and set aside the same and to pass....…”
2. Heard Sri K.Subrahmanyam, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri V.Farook, learned Assistant Government Pleader.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the police are interfering in the civil dispute between the petitioner and unofficial respondent.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader on written instructions would submit that the police are not interfering in the civil dispute and unofficial respondent.
5. Recording the submissions of learned Assistant Government Pleader, this writ petition is disposed of. However the police are directed not to interfere in the civil disputes. There shall be no order as to costs.
As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. _________________________________________
