Ashraf, Adovcate, who is appearing under the authority of Shri Farooq Ayoob, learned counsel for the petitioner. 2. By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks expeditious disposal of a suit filed before the Civil Court relating to the year 2021. 3. Having considered the aforesaid as well as from a perusal of the extract of the order-sheets, which have been brought on record, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition for expediting the suit of the year 2021 especially when the pleadings have not yet been exchanged nor there is any reflection that the Court has not proceedings expeditiously. 4. Accordingly, this Court is not inclined to entertain the petition, which is dismissed, leaving it open for the petitioner to approach the Court concerned in case if any cause of action arises for expediting a suit of the year 2021 in future. 5.
