The present writ petition has been filed for the following relief:- "for issuance of an appropriate writ(s) /order(s)/ direction(s), or a writ in the nature of Mandamus, commanding upon & directing the concerned respondents for issuing the Online rent Receipt, in the name of the petitioner-company, as the Rent Receipts were issued to the petitioner- company till 2013-14 of Mouza: Bhatia, Thana No.127, P.S.: Gamharia, District: Seraikella- - 1 - W.P.C No.4154 of 2025 2025:JHHC:25700 Kharsawan, being Khata No.61 (Old), Plot No. 341 (Old), corresponding to New Khata No.296, Plot No.1017/A, 1019/A & 1018/A, Total Area: 2 acres 72.5 decimals and in spite of the repeated requests, the Online Rent Receipt is not being issued to the petitioner-company, which was earlier issued till 2013-14 of the above mentioned land". 2. It has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that after repeated request, online rent receipt has not been issued to the petitioner-company though the same has been issued till 2013-14 i.e. before the period of online entry. The name of the petitioner-company has been recorded in Register - II. It has further been submitted that the online entry has no legal basis, still it has great impact in practical life and further it is a government record. 3. It is not in dispute that online entry should be correct and true reflection of the official record. 4. In view of the above discussion, the present writ petition is, hereby, disposed of directing the concerned respondents to issue online rent receipt to the petitioner- company, within nine weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order. 5.
