For Petitioner : Ms.Ananda Gomathy ORDER (Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble Chief Justice) Learned counsel for bank would submit that S.A. pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, remains undecided and there is an interim order operating against the bank, due to which, bank is unable to realise debt from the secured creditor. 2. We do not know how many cases filed prior to S.A. in the present case are pending consideration before the Debts Recovery Tribunal.
