Heard the learned counsel for both sides and perused the materials available on record. 3. On perusal of the records, it is revealed that the land comprised in comprised in Survey No.66/3 was classified as Anadheenam land. It is situated adjacent to the petitioner's patta land. Now, the petitioner submitted the representation to re-classify the land from Anadheenam land to private patta land. The petitioner is in no way connected with the subject land since it is classified as Anadheenam land. Therefore, this Writ Petition is devoid of merits and is liable to be dismissed. 4. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of.
