Sri Mahesh Kumar, learned counsel for applicant, Sri Rajendra Prasad, learned counsel for opposite party no.2 and Dr. S.B. Maurya, learned AGA-I for the State are present. 2. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant with a prayer to transfer the proceedings of Maintenance Petition No. 607 of 2023, under Section 125 Cr.P.C. Police Station Madhogarh, District Jalaun pending in the court of Principal Judge, Family Court Jalaun at Orai to District Court Jhansi. 3. At the very outset, learned counsel for applicant submits, applicant is husband of opposite party no.2 and he filed instant transfer application to transfer the case from District Jalaun at Orai to District Jhansi but applicant is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing and therefore instant application may be disposed off with the direction that if applicant filed an application before appropriate forum to appear through Video Conferencing then his application shall be entertained and he will be permitted to appear through Video Conferencing. 4. Learned AGA as well as learned counsel for opposite party no.2 are having no objection. 5. The instant transfer application has been filed by the applicant, who is husband of opposite party no.2 to transfer the proceedings of the case from District Jalaun at Orai to District Jhansi but now he is ready to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing, therefore, instant transfer application is being disposed off with a direction that if applicant filed an application to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing then his application shall be Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Mahesh Kumar Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A., Rajendra Prasad Hemant @ Bunti .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. and Another .....Opposite Party(s) considered and he will be permitted to pursue the matter through Video Conferencing. 6.
