No.30753 of 2024 dated 10.12.2024. 2.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offences, the condition imposed on the petitioner to appear before the Respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.
