The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "1) Issue a writ order or direction in nature of certiorari to quash/set aside the impugned first information report dated 07.07.2025, as case crime no. 263 of 2025 under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 352, 351(3), 115(2), 118(1), & 109(1) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Police Station Jhunsi, District Prayagraj. II) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents not to arrest/harass to the petitioners in case crime no. 195 of 2025 under section 263 of 2025 under sections 191(2), 191(3), 190, 333, 352, 351(3), 115(2), 118(1), & 109(1) Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, Police Station Jhunsi, District Prayagraj." A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the first information report is made out. For the aforesaid reason, the present writ petition is dismissed.
