Heard Ms. Anjali Gupta, Advocate holding brief of Sri Shailendra Pathak, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. The instant writ petition has been filed by the petitioner with the following reliefs :- (i) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus commanding the opposite parties particularly opposite party no.1 to 5 to maintain status quo over the disputed land of Writ PIL No.921/2025 (Raj Kumar Pandey Versus State of U.P. & Others) pending before this Hon'ble Court. (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the opposite parties no.2 and 3 i.e. District Magistrate, Bahraich as well as Superintendent of Police, Bahraich to take appropriate action into the matter upon the representation dated 15.09.2025 of petitioner in accordance with law, as contained in Annexure No.9 & 10 to this writ petition. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not want to press this writ petition and prays that the same may be dismissed as not pressed. 4. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the aforesaid prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 5. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as not pressed.
