This Court being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, is inclined to restore W.P.No.19645 of 2016, on https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis WMP No. 40596 of 2025 condition that the petitioner shall pay a sum of Rs.5,000/- (Rupees Five Thousand only) to the Tamil Nadu Legal Services Authority, within a period of ten days from today, failing which, the order of this Court dated 06.08.2025 made in W.P.No. 19645 of 2016 shall remain unaltered. 4.
