The petitioners have filed this petition praying for following relief:- “It is therefore, prayed that this Hon'ble Court may kindly be enough to allow this petition by quashing the FIR No. 48/2018 registered at Police Station Mahila Thana, Raipur with respect to Applicants, in the interest of justice.” 3. At the very outset, learned State counsel has pointed out that the evidence of the prosecution witnesses has been recorded. 4. Learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present petition, with liberty to challenge the charge framing order. 5.
