The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "(1) Issue a writ, order or direction in nature of certiorari quashing the First Information Report dated 02.09.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 367 of 2025, under Sections 309 (4), 308 (2), 109 and 3 (5) of BNS, Police Station Civil Lines, District Prayagraj; (li) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 not to arrest and harass the petitioner in respect of the First Information Report dated 02.09.2025, registered as Case Crime No. 367 of 2025, under Sections 309 (4), 308 (2), 109 and 3 (5) of BNS, Police Station Civil Lines, District Prayagraj." 3. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. 4. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the First Information Report is made out.
