Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner and also heard Mr. T.C. Chutia, learned standing counsel, ASSEB, for the respondent Nos.1 and 2. The petitioner is aggrieved for wrongly recording the names of his father and mother in his educational testimonial, namely, Registration Card, Admit Card, Mark Sheets and Certificates pertaining to Assam High Madrassa Examination, 2016, Higher Secondary Examination, 2018 and B.A. Examination, 2021, by the respondent authorities and though he has approached the concerned authorities to rectify the same by filing representation, yet, the same failed to evoke any response. At this stage, Mr. Chutia, learned standing counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2 submits that this petition is not maintainable in as much as the petitioner has not approached the Board and no such document has been enclosed with this petition. Then, Mr. Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this petition may be disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the Board and the respondent No.3 for filing appropriate representation for correction of the names of his father and mother in his educational testimonials, namely, Registration Card, Admit Card, Mark Sheets and Certificates pertaining to Assam High Madrassa Examination, 2016 and Higher Secondary Examination, 2018 and this writ petition may be closed. Page No.# 3/3 Accordingly, taking note of the submission of Mr. Barbhuiya, learned counsel for the petitioner and also Mr. Chutia, learned standing counsel for the respondent Nos.1 and 2, this writ petition stands disposed of by granting liberty to the petitioner to approach the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 by filing appropriate representation along with the documents and in the event of such a representation being filed, the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 3 shall consider the same in accordance with law.
