Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of Mandamus, directing and commanding the Opposite Parity No.2, to forthwith reinstate the petitioner in service and to allow the petitioner to discharge his duties on Class IV post, and to pay him salary regularly each month......" For the reasons indicated in the affidavit filed in support of application for withdrawal of Writ Petition, which is allowed. Petition is therefore dismissed as not pressed without any adverse effect upon benefit already granted to petitioner.
