The Court made the following: THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE RAVI NATH TILHARI CIVIL REVISION PETITION NO: 1896/2025 ORDER: Heard Sri Narasimha Rao Gudiseva, learned counsel for the petitioners. 2. The petitioners in the present Civil Revision Petition under Article 227 of Constitution of India are the plaintiffs in O.S.No.2 of 2017 in the Court of Additional Civil Judge (Senior Division), Krishna, Machilipatnam. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that in I.A.No.7 of 2017 temporary injunction was granted. He further submits that the defendants in the suit violated the interim injunction order. Consequently, I.A.No.7 of 2018 was filed under Order 39 Rule 2A of Code of Civil Procedure (in short ‘CPC’) to punish them for the said violation. As there was no representation from the plaintiffs’ side, the application was dismissed for default on 13.09.2023. For recall of the said order dated 13.09.2023, the plaintiffs filed I.A.No.142 of 2024. 4. The present Civil Revision Petition has been filed being aggrieved from non disposal of I.A.No.142 of 2024. The said application was filed on 15.02.2024. Therefore, the application is pending for last more than one year. 5. Under these circumstances, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of, providing that I.A.No.142 of 2024 will be considered in accordance with law, expeditiously. 6. It is made clear that this Court has not observed anything on merits of I.A.No.142 of 2024 either way. No order as to costs.
