In pursuance to the previous order passed by this Court, the Standing Counsel has filed a compliance affidavit of the opposite party disclosing that the appeal of the applicant filed under Section 19 (1) of the Right to Information Act, 2005 was decided by the appellate authority vide its order dated 03.07.2024. The order dated 03.07.2024 has also been annexed with the affidavit. As the order passed by the Writ Court has been complied by the opposite party, no further orders are required to be passed in the present contempt application. The application is disposed of and consigned to records. Notice issued to the opposite party is discharged. It is clarified that in case the applicant has any grievance against the order dated 03.07.2024, he shall be at liberty to challenge the said order on merits before appropriate forum.
