INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition, the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the representation dated 02nd September, 2024 (Annexure-K) for effecting Khata in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in question in terms of the judgment and decree dated 16th July, 2024 passed in Original Suit No.367 of 2019 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., Kanakapura; inter alia sought for direction to respondent No.2 to mutate the name of the petitioner in column No.9 and 12 of the RTC and issue the RTC in the name of the petitioner. 2.
