HON'BLE GARIMA PRASHAD, J. Learned A.G.A. submits that the petitioner has been identified as the principal offender who committed the offence against a minor girl. The relief sought in the writ petition is accordingly rejected. It is always open to the petitioner to avail his legal remedy to protect his liberty under the law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
