Heard Sri Saurabh Kumar Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Indramani Kushwaha, learned Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. The present petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondent No. 2, the Tehsildar, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Azamgarh, to pass final order in Case No. 6991 of 2023 (Computerized Case No. T202315060106991), [Alokyati Vs. Nirmalayati], in proceedings under Section 34/35 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, within a stipulated time period, after considering the objection dated 2.6.2025, stated to have been filed by the petitioner. Counsel for the petitioner has referred to the 'Order Sheet' and 'Question & Answer' of the case, a copy whereof each has been appended to the writ petition, to point out that although several dates have been fixed and that the 6.10.2025 was the last date fixed in the matter, but for some reason or the other, the matter is being adjourned and has not been finally decided and the delay in disposal of the case is causing undue hardship to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner, by way of the present petition has sought for proceedings to be concluded expeditiously. Counsel appearing for the State-respondents has no objection if the proceedings are expedited.
