The suit was filed in the year 2021. Nothing has been 2. brought on record to demonstrate that the case is of an exceptional nature warranting expedited disposal. In Sangram Sadashiv Suryavanshi V. State of 3. Maharashtra^, the Hon’ble Apex Court referring to the Constitution Bench judgment in High Court Bar Association, Allahabad V. State of Uttar Pradesh^ observed at paragraph No.7 as under: “In paragraph 47.3 of the the decision of a Constitution Bench of in the Case of 'High Court Bar Association, Allahabad v. State of Uttar Pradesh', this Court has held that in the ordinary course, the Constitutional Courts should refrain from fixing a time-bound schedule for the disposal of cases pending before any other Courts. Paragraph 47.3 reads thus: ' 2024 see Online Se 3526 ^ (2024) 6 see 267 4 (RNT,J C.R.P,No.l517 of 2025) '47.3. Constitutional courts, in the ordinary course, should refrain from ifxing a time-bound schedule for the disposal of cases pending before any other courts. Constitutional courts may issue directions for the time-bound only in exceptional circumstances. The issue of prioritising the disposal of cases should be best left to the decision of the courts concerned where the cases are pending. ” disposal of cases 4.
