State of Uttar Pradesh reported in (2014) 2 SCC 1 and consequently to direct the respondents to take appropriate action on the petitioners complaint by registering the FIR against the Unofficial respondent/ accused as per law and pass IA NO: 1 OF 2020 Petition under Section 151 CPC praying that in the circumstances stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, the High Court may be pleased pleased to direct the respondent No.2 and 3 to consider my complaints dated. 02.01.2020, 28.02.2020 given to 2nd and 3rd respondent against the unofficial respondents and to register a FIR and take action as per law, in the interest of justice, pending disposal of the above writ petition and pass Counsel for the Petitioner:

This Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of Constitution of India with the following prayer for:
“…pleased to issue a Writ, Order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus, declaring the inaction on the part of the respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in not registering a First Information Report on the complaint given by the petitioner dated.02.07.2020, to the 2nd and 3rd respondents against the unofficial respondent as being illegal, arbitrary, unconstitutional, abdication of duty cast on them and violative of Article 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India apart from being contrary to the scheme envisage under Code of Criminal Procedure,1973 and contrary to the law laid down by the Honble Supreme Court of India in Lalitha Kumari Vs. 2. None represented for the petitioner. The proceeding sheets dated 06.10.2020, 05.11.2020 and 14.08.2025 would also show that there is no representation on behalf of the petitioner. 3. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home is in attendance. 4. In that view, the Writ Petition is dismissed for non prosecution. No order as to costs.
