The application has been filed for quashing the order dated 19.06.2025 passed by court of Additional Judge, District Mathura in Complaint Case No. 3138 of 2018 (Ram Saran Verma Vs. Shiv Kumar) under Section 138 N.I. Act, Police Station Kotwali, District Mathura. 3. Learned counsel for applicant submits that applicant is complainant and accused-opposite party no.2 has been acquitted under Section 138 of N.I. Act. 4. Learned AGA submits that against impugned order appeal would lie. 5. At this stage, learned counsel for applicant submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present application with liberty to file appeal before the appellate court. 6.
