The instant writ petition has been filed by petitioner seeking for the following relief:- "(i) issue a writ, order or direction in. the nature of mandamus directing the respondent Nos.2 and 3 to investigate the Case Crime No. 0051 of 2025 under section 305 (a) of B.N.S, Police Station Cantt, District Prayagraj properly and arrest the accused persons and get recovered the stolen items. " 2. In pursuance of the order dated 01.09.2025, learned counsel appearing on behalf of State has placed the instructions before the Court, which is taken on record. 3. Learned A.G.A. appearing on behalf of State based on the instructions received submitted that in the instant matter investigation has already been completed and final report has been submitted on 28.09.2025. He further prayed that since the final report has already been submitted in the instant matter, therefore nothing is left for further adjudication. 4.
