After some arguments the learned counsel for petitioners fairly submits that present writ petition be dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioners to apply for bail before competent court. 5. In view of the above, this writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to petitioners to approach the competent court for grant of anticipatory bail/regular bail. .
