The present petition has been filed with the following prayer:- “It is therefore prayed that this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to allow the instant petition and to quash the First Information Report dated 24/03/2021 (Annexure P/1) registered before respondent no.3 against the petitioners and further it is also prayed that, this Hon’ble Court may kindly be pleased to grant any other relief or pass such other and further orders as may be deemed fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the present case in the interest of justice.” 3. It transpires from the earlier order sheets that no interim order has been passed in this petition and the petitioner has challenged the FIR and prayed for quashing the same. 4. Learned counsel for the respondent No.5 states that in the present matter after completion of the investigation charge sheet has been filed and thereafter, evidence of the complainant has been recorded and the trial is at advanced stage. 5.
