Learned counsel Sri Francis Zavier appearing for the respondent submits that auction has not taken place on the date of auction and the auction is pendente lite. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that Rs.21 lakhs has already been deposited with the Bank in terms of the order of the Debts Recovery Tribunal. The same shall be taken note of by the Bank when they want to put the property for sale, yet again.
