The present writ petition has been filed praying to quash the impugned First Information Report dated 14.06.2025 registering Case Crime No. 700 of 2025, under Sections 303(2), 308(6), 318(4), 333, 338, 336(3), 336(4), 340(2) & 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station- Indrapuram, District-Ghaziabad (Trans Hindon Commissionerate), Ghaziabad and for a direction to the respondent not to take any coercive measure against the petitioner in pursuance of impugned first information report. It has been argued by the counsel for the petitioners that from the recital in the first information report no offence is made out so as to prosecute the petitioners in a criminal trial. It was argued that the first information report has been registered with mala fide purpose to harass the petitioner. It has been argued that the first information report is liable to be quashed. A.G.A. representing the respondent Nos. 1 to 3 opposes the petition. It would serve no purpose to keep the present petition pending. After considering the rival submission of the parties, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction that the petitioners shall not be arrested in pursuance to the First Information Report dated 14.06.2025 registering Case Crime No. 700 of 2025, under Sections 303(2), 308(6), 318(4), 333, 338, 336(3), 336(4), 340(2) & 61(2) B.N.S., Police Station-Indrapuram, District-Ghaziabad (Trans Hindon Commissionerate), Ghaziabad till submission of police report under Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Padmaker Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : G.A.
