No. 998 of 2024 for the offences registered under Sections 309(6), 317(3) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the Court of learned Sessions Judge, Bokaro. 3. The petitioner was apprehended while he was decamping away after looting the informant near Biyada Market, Balidih. 4. It was submitted that the petitioner is in custody for about a year. 5.
