Heard Shri Pramod Shukla, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Standing Counsel for the State-respondents. 2. By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following relief : "Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.3/ District Panchayat Raj Officer, Bulandshahr to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 08.12.2023 (Annexure No.4 to the writ petition)." 3. It is contended on behalf of the petitioner that part payment has been made but the remaining amount has remained unpaid to the petitioner. 4. Learned Standing Counsel submits that payment of money may involve questions of fact and accordingly respondent no.3 may be directed in the first instance to take decision in the matter in accordance with law, may be in a time bound period as this Court may prescribe. 5. Accordingly, we dispose of this petition with the direction to respondent no.3 to look into and consider the claim of the Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Pramod Shukla Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. M/S Landmark Infra Project And Another .....Petitioner(s) State Of U.P. And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) petitioner raising in his representation dated 08.12.2023 and dispose of the same in accordance with law preferably within a period of two months of presentation of certified copy of this order.
