Heard learned counsel for the applicant, learned A.G.A. for the State and perused the record. 2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that a case under Section 138 N.I Act, bearing Case No.322 of 2021 (Ashok Kumar Gupta vs. Vijay Kumar Yadav), was filed by the applicant which is pending in the court of Additional Civil Judge (Junior Division), New Court No.4, Jaunpur. No progress till now in the said case has been made. Learned counsel, therefore, prays that a direction be issued to the court below to decide the said case as expeditiously as possible. 3. Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the applicant, the court below concerned is directed to decide the aforesaid case expeditiously and preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order, provided there is no legal impediment. 4.
