Issue any other suitable writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing to the respondent no. 2 to 3 to take necessary action in accordance with law against the respondent no. 4 and 5 who are unnecessary harassing to the petitioner and disturbing in the peaceful life and running of the firm of the petitioner to meet the ends of justice. iii. the circumstances of the case. iii. Award the costs of the writ petition throughout to the petitioners against the respondents."
5. It appears that respondents no. 4 and 5 are the private persons who are interfering with the peaceful possession of petitioner and are giving life threat to the petitioner. The averments with regard have been made in para 14 to 18 to the writ petition.
6. Since, the dispute is essentially a private dispute between the petitioner and private respondent nos. 4 and 5, therefore, present writ petition is not the proper remedy as this Court cannot issue any direction against the private respondents under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
7. Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed with liberty to the petitioner to avail appropriate remedy available under the law. October 6, 2025 Anjali WRIC No. 16192 of 2025 2 (Sudhanshu Chauhan,J.) (Saral Srivastava,J.) Digitally signed by :- ANJALI SHARMA High Court of Judicature at Allahabad
