INDIRESH ORAL ORDER In this writ petition the petitioner is seeking direction to the respondent No.2 to consider the representations dated 20th November, 2017 (Annexure-C) and 02nd September, 2024 (Annexure-J) for effecting Khata in favour of the petitioner in respect of the land in question in terms of the judgment and decree dated 16th July, 2024 passed in Original Suit No.366 of 2019 on the file of the Senior Civil Judge and JMFC., Kanakapura; inter alia sought for direction to the respondent No.2 to mutate the name of the petitioner in column No.9 and 12 of the RTC and issue the RTC in the name of the petitioner. 2. Having heard the learned counsel appearing for the parties and taking into consideration the averments made in the writ petition, without expressing any opinion on merits of the case, respondent No.2-Tahsildar is directed to consider the representations dated 20th November, 2017 (Annexure-C) and 02nd September, 2024 (Annexure-J) at the earliest. It is made clear that, if the respondent No.2-Tahsildar requires any additional documents from the petitioner, same shall be called for by the respondent No.2 from the petitioner at the earliest. The said exercise of consideration of representations of the petitioner shall be completed by the respondent No.2, within an outer limit of three months from the date of receipt of this order.
