Case No.404 of 2012/2018 CNR No.020006152018 (Amit vs. Ragini, under Section 126 (2) Cr.P.C. to extent the condition imposed against the applicant to deposit of Rs.1,82,000/- in favour of opposite party no.2. 3. Vide order dated 06.07.2020, the matter was referred to Mediation and Conciliation Centre, High Court, Allahabad. As per Mediation report dated 30.11.2021, the parties are not willing for the mediation, therefore, the Mediation failed. 4. Perused the record. 5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed.
