(iv) Case Crime No. 143 of 2014, under Sections 411, 414, 420, 467, 468, 471, 34, I.P.C. and 41/102 of Cr.P.C., P.S. Kotwali Nagar, District Muzaffar Nagar. (v) Case Crime No. 795 of 2002, under Section 25 Arms Act, P.S. Kotwali, District Muzaffar Nagar. (vi) Case Crime No. 788 of 2009, under Section 379, I.P.C., P.S. Titawi, District Muzaffar Nagar. (vii) Case Crime No. 608 of 2014, under Sections 395, 442, I.P.C., P.S. Budhana, District Muzaffar Nagar. Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Mohd Nasir Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Shahnawaz @ Doctor .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. .....Opposite Party(s) Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a poor person. It is further submitted that applicant has been implicated in all the cases on the basis of confessional statement, which is irrelevant. Last bail order of the applicant has been passed on 24.7.2025. It is further submitted that applicant is languishing in jail since 25.2.2025. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicant in all the 7 cases after furnishing personal bond of Rs. 1,00,000/- and two sureties of like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned, in the aforesaid cases.
