Learned A.G.A. submits that the petitioners have been identified as principal offenders who had duped unsuspecting investors. The petitioners had made misrepresentations and made unlawful gains, and caused unlawful loss to the respondent no. 4. A prima facie case is disclosed against the petitioners. A prima facie offence which warrants investigation is disclosed in the FIR. Faced with this, Sri Abhishek Gupta, learned counsel for the petitioners submits that he does not wish to press the relief for quashment of the F.I.R. in the writ petition. The relief sought in the writ petition is accordingly rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioners recast his relief and submits that the petitioners may be granted liberty to approach the competent court for anticipatory bail and other legal remedies available with them. It is always open to the petitioner to avail their legal remedy to protect their liberty under the law. The writ petition is accordingly disposed of.
