The instant anticipatory bail application is pending since 17.12.2020 i.e. for last more that four and half years, therefore, it reflects, either applicant has lost the interest in the matter or by efflux of time, the instant anticipatory bail application has become infructuous. 4. In view of above, the instant anticipatory bail application stands dismissed. 5. However, it is open for the applicant to file recall application if cause of action still survives.
