This petition has been filed by the owner/petitioner against an order rejecting the application filed by the petitioner for recalling the order dated 29.05.2025 by which his opportunity to cross-examine was closed. 3. I have perused the order dated 29.05.2025. From the perusal of the order it is apparent that ample opportunity was given to the petitioner but he has not availed the same. 4. In view of the above, this Court is of the view that no illegality has been committed by the court below. 5. Accordingly, this petition is dismissed.
