ORDER:
The instant Writ Petition is filed by the Petitioners seeking indulgence of this Court under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for the following relief:
“ ... to issue a Writ, Order or Direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of 1st respondent vide Memo No.17025/63/2018-Estt.I, dated 09-08-2019 is illegal, arbitrary, violative of Articles 14 and 21 of the Constitution of India and consequently quash the said Memo No.17025/63/2018 Estt.I, dated 09- 08-2019 and pass ...”
2. Learned counsel for the Petitioners would submit that the subject matter of this Writ Petition does not survive for adjudication and that the Writ Petition has become infructuous.
