Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of certiorari quashing the first information report dated 29.08.2025 registered against the petitioner no.-2 with Case Crime No. 0271 of 2025, U/s 137(2), 87 & 352 B.N.S., 2023, Police Station- Kandharapur, District- Azamgarh (Annexure No. 1 to this writ petition). ii. Learned A.G.A. informed that final report has already been submitted in favour of the petitioners, therefore, the relief prayed in the writ petition cannot be granted to the petitioners.
