The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "i) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned first information report dated 22.07.2025 (annexure no. 1 to the writ petition) being Case Crime No. 0184 of 2025, under Sections 103, 85 and 61(2) of BNS at Police Station Hussainganj, District Fatehpur; ii) Issue, a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding/directing the respondent nos. 2 and 3 not to arrest the petitioners in pursuance of the impugned first information report dated 22.07.2025 (annexure no. 1 to the writ petition) being Case Crime No. 0184 of 2025, under Sections 103, 85 and 61(2) of BNS at Police Station Hussainganj, District Fatehpur." 3. A perusal of the First Information Report discloses commission of cognizable offence in the above case. 4. In view of the aforesaid, no case for quashing the First Information Report is made out.
