This petition has been filed challenging the order dated 04.07.2025 on the ground that there is no order on record transferring the case being Original Suit No. 89 of 2025 from Civil Judge (Senior Division), Agra to the court of Additional District Judge, Court No. 10, Agra. 3. The petitioner is defendant in the aforesaid suit. 4. In case, the petitioner is aggrieved by the transfer, he may file objection before the court where the case is pending. 5. In case, such an application is filed, the same shall be considered and decided in accordance with law, expeditiously, preferably within a period of six weeks from the date of production of a certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to the parties concerned and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties provided that there is no other legal impediment. 6. With the aforesaid direction, this petition stands disposed of.
