HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 22399 of 2025 Court No. - 43 HON'BLE SALIL KUMAR RAI, J. HON'BLE DIVESH CHANDRA SAMANT, J. Heard the counsel for the petitioner and the A.G.A. for the State. The present petition has been filed for the following reliefs : - "(i) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no. 4 to produce the progress report regarding the representation of the petitioner dated 21.08.2025 which is pending before him and if no progress has been done by him, this Hon'ble Court may direct to lodge the F.I.R. against the respondent no. 5 to 8. (ii) To, issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent authorities to decide the representation of the petitioner dated 27.08.2025 within stipulated period so fixed by this Hon'ble court."
