Learned counsel for the writ petitioner seeks to withdraw the present writ petition, wherein prayer is to (i) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondents to appoint the petitioner's son under U.P. Recruitment of Dependants of Government Servants Dying in Harness Rules, CO 1974 in accordance with law within such period; (ii) To issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing Respondents to decide petitioner's representation dated 28.05.2025 and 11.07.2025 and consider petitioner's case for compassionate appointment of her son under U.P. Recruitment of Dependants of Government Servants Dying in Harness Rules, 1974 in accordance with law within such period of time as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit to provide; (iii) to issue any other writ, order or direction as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, due to inherent technical defect with liberty to file fresh. 2. Learned Standing Counsel has no objection to the same. 3. The present petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as aforesaid. 4. Certified copy of the documents be returned to the learned counsel for the writ petitioner subject to furnishing of photocopy of the same.
