By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.35 of 2025 dated 17.01.2025 registered with P.S. Patel Nagar, District Dehradun under Section 420 IPC. 4. It is contended by the learned State Counsel that after investigation, final report has already been filed by the police on 15.03.2025 against the petitioner, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous. 5. The said fact is not disputed by learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 6. In view of the statement made by learned State Counsel, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. 7. Interim order dated 13.02.2025 stands vacated.
