In the instant contempt petition, the petitioner has alleged non- compliance of judgment and order dated 01.08.2023, in terms whereof, upon disposal of the writ petition filed by the petitioner, being SWP No. 2346/2003, the respondents came to be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner for release of grade against the post of Assistant Town Planner retrospectively with all consequential benefits from 1989, provided there is no legal impediment. 2. Upon coming of the matter for consideration, Mr. S. S. Nanda, learned Senior AAG, appearing counsel for the respondents would submit that the case of the petitioner stands considered in line with the judgment and order complained of and has been found to be devoid of merit and stands rejected in terms of Govt. Order No. 114-JK(HUD) of 2025 dated 15.07.2025. Order dated 15.07.2025 is taken on record. Serial No. 13 2 CCP(S) No. 33/2024 in SWP No. 2346/2003 3. Having regard to the aforesaid position obtaining in the matter, inasmuch as, the judgment and order, whereunder the instant contempt petition has arisen, seemingly the respondents/contemnors have complied with the same, thus necessitating recalling of contempt notice issued to the respondents/contemnors and closure of contempt proceedings. 4. Ordered accordingly. 5. However, the petitioner shall be at liberty to work out a remedy against the consideration order No. 114-JK(HUD) of 2025 dated 15.07.2025, if so advised and in case cause is available. 6.
