It is unfortunate that the petitioner is not able to pass Mathematics-I exam being a subject in first semester in 2018-19 even after making attempt on seven times, therefore, the prayer made in this writ petition, to revive internal marks given to the petitioner, cannot be allowed. However, it is up to the College to consider prayer of the petitioner, if the procedure permits and for that the petitioner has liberty to approach said College. 3.
