The instant application has been filed seeking quashing of the Charge-sheet dated 04.01.2020 in Criminal Case No. 559 of 2020 (State vs. Ambrish Srivastava) arising out of Case Crime No. 008 of 2019, u/S 323, 504, 506, 498A I.P.C. read with Section 3/4 of the D.P. Act, Police Station- Kotwali, District- Hamirpur, pending in the Court of learned Civil Judge (J.D.)/ FTC (Crime Against Women), Hamirpur. 3. At the outset, learned counsel for the applicant seeks withdrawal of the instant application due to some defect in the instant application with liberty to file fresh application. 4. In view thereof, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as prayed. 5.
