HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD CRIMINAL MISC. WRIT PETITION No. - 19670 of 2025 Court No. - 49 HON'BLE AJAY BHANOT, J.
HON'BLE GARIMA PRASHAD, J. Learned A.G.A. contends that the petitioner has been nominated as the principle offender who committed murder of the deceased. A prima facie offence is disclosed against the petitioner from the FIR. Faced with this, Shri Manvendra Singh, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner does not wish to press the relief for quashment of the F.I.R. in the writ petition. The relief sought in the writ petition is accordingly rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner recasts his relief and submits that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the competent court for anticipatory bail and other legal remedies available with them. It is always open to the petitioner to avail legal remedies to protect their liberty under the law. The writ petition is disposed of.
