The instant writ petition has been filed for the following reliefs:- "A. A writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorari, quashing the impugned order dated 26.3.2012 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Gyanpur, District Sant Ravidas Nagar, Bhadohi in Case No.251 Restoration/Reference Consolidation of 2007 (Shubhawanti and Others vs. State). B. A writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus, directing the respondents for compliance of the order dated 16.2.2002 passed by the Deputy Director of Consolidation, Gyanpur, Sant Ravidas Nagar, Bhadohi. 3. In view of the final order dated 13.10.2025, passed in Writ B No.37184 of 2001, directing the respondent no.1/revisional court to decide the pending revisions, expeditiously, preferably within a period of 3 months from the date of production of the certified copy of the order, in accordance with law, there is no scope for interference in the matter in exercise of jurisdiction under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.
