HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - C No. - 35794 of 2025 Court No. - 6 HON'BLE DR. YOGENDRA KUMAR SRIVASTAVA, J. Heard Sri Subodh Pandey, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri Abhishek Shukla, learned Additional Chief Standing Counsel appearing for the State respondents. The present petition has been filed primarily seeking a direction to the respondent authorities to decide a representation dated 3.5.2025 stated to have been submitted by the petitioner seeking demarcation of his holdings. It is not disputed that with regard to the grievance of demarcation, there is a complete procedure prescribed under the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, and in view thereof, the present writ petition would not be entertainable for the said purpose. Counsel for the petitioner has not disputed the aforesaid legal and factual position. Accordingly, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the petition and that the petitioner would take recourse to the appropriate statutory legal remedy, in regard to his grievances. The petition stands disposed of. October 14, 2025 Arun K. Singh Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Subodh Pandey Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C. (Dr. Yogendra Kumar Srivastava,J.)
